Does it cost anything to register and become a member of the iScream Team?

No, membership is absolutely free. As an iScream Team member, you will receive emails with the latest coupons, product information and sweepstakes from Blue Bunny straight to your inbox.

How do I sign up to become an iScream Team member?

Just click the "join the iScream Team" link at the top of every page and fill out the short form.

How do I sign in and what if I forgot my password?

iScream Team members can sign in by using the "sign in" link at the top of every page. If you forgot your password, you can reset it.

Why am I no longer receiving emails from Blue Bunny?

This could be due to a couple of reasons:
  1. Make sure to check your spam or junk filter to make sure our emails to you are not getting filtered.
  2. Also, make sure we have your current email address on file. In order to see what email address we have on file for you, click on the "My Profile" link located at the top of next to the Search tool and you will be taken to a screen with your personal information and a field for your email address. Type in your current email address and hit the big red button titled, "Update."

How do I change my email address?

Your email address can be changed by simply updating your profile.

I receive surveys from Blue Bunny and want to be compensated for my time with a coupon, why do you not send one as a thank you?

As a thank you for completing our surveys, members have the opportunity to enter into a quarterly sweepstakes for a chance at one of three $500 VISA gift cards (sweepstakes rules apply).

How do I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, just update your subscriptions preferences.

I seem to have problems printing my coupon, what could be happening?

  • Make sure your printer is on and connected.
  • Check your browser's printer zoom setting. It should be set to 100% or "fit to page."
  • If your web browser is using any ad blocking software, be sure to turn it off.

Why do I occasionally receive error messages on when I'm signing in, viewing the website or trying to open links sent via e-mail?

You may occasionally experience intermittent errors when is being updated, or when a page does not load correctly in your Web browser. When this occurs, we suggest that you completely close out of your browser session and begin a new one before signing back in or accessing the site.

Are coupons available on your site?

Coupons are available in our Coupons section. To receive high-value coupons, recipes, sweepstakes updates and more, become a member of the Blue Bunny® iScream Team. Registration is easy and free!

Why won’t my Retailer accept my online coupon?

Some retailers do not accept online coupons. Please check with your retailer before attempting to redeem. Blue Bunny does not control a retailer’s online coupon acceptance policy.

Also, remember to cut out your coupon before redeeming. Limit one coupon per household.

I checked the store locator and found out that some product information was inaccurate, why does that happen?

While we diligently try and maintain our product locator information, due to the magnitude of the number of retailers, it is entirely possible we do miss some information. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
