How do I change my name, address, e-mail or password information?
To change your profile information, sign into the iScream Team using your
current e-mail address and password, then click on the "My Profile" link
located on the bottom of the page. This takes you to a page where you can make
updates or edits to the name, address, e-mail and password information that you
previously entered. After editing your profile, be sure to scroll to the bottom
of the page and click submit.
How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe, just go here: change my

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
To retrieve your password, go here: retrieve my
password . We will immediately send you an e-mail with your password.
I've entered my password and spelled it correctly, but I still can't sign in.
What should I do?
Your password is case-sensitive, so you must type it in exactly the way you
entered it when you joined the iScream Team. Be sure to type it like this each
time you sign in, or you will receive an error message stating that your
password is incorrect.
