INGREDIENTS:
4 Blue Bunny® Personals® Banana Split Flavor
2 large bananas
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
4 tablespoons chocolate topping
4 maraschino cherries

UTENSILS:
Knife
Cutting board
Small ice cream scoop or spoon

PREPARATION:
Cut the bananas lengthwise and in half. Using a small ice cream scoop or spoon, scoop out the ice cream along the sides of the Personals® container to make a groove along each side. Place 2 pieces of banana in the grooves. Put the excess ice cream in the center of the bananas and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the top and drizzle with chocolate topping. Top each split with a cherry. Serves 4. Prep time: 15 minutes.

Try adding fresh sliced strawberries or pineapple for even more fruit flavor.
