4 large firm-ripe kiwi
1 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Double Strawberry Ice Cream
Cut each kiwi in half lengthwise, hollow out fruit leaving a 1/4 inch shell. Fill each half with two 1 tablespoon scoops of ice cream. Serve immediately.
