Granola Splits |
1 cup strawberry all fruit spread
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 cups low-fat granola
2 cups Blue Bunny® No Sugar Added Reduced Fat Banana Split Ice Cream
4 firm bananas, sliced
Fat-free whipped topping (optional)

Ice Cream Scoop
Combine strawberry spread and orange juice in small bowl, mix well. Place granola in food processor or blend; process until medium fine. Transfer to a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Form ice cream into four scoops, coat scoops in ground granola. For each serving, place one sliced banana on a plate; top with a granola coated ice cream scoop, 1/4 cup strawberry mixture and a dollop of whipped topping if desired.

| I served this recipe for breakfast. Yummy! The grandkids loved it and I knew I was serving a healthy fun breakfast. |
