Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream Cheesecake Parfait |
8 teaspoons chopped bittersweet chocolate
8 teaspoons sliced almonds, toasted
½ cup fresh raspberries
1 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Light Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
4 tablespoons sugar free frozen whipped topping, thawed
In each of four small dessert bowls, layer 1 teaspoon bittersweet chocolate, 1 teaspoon toasted almonds and 1 tablespoon raspberries. Top with a ¼ cup scoop of ice cream. Repeat layering. Top each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Serve immediately.
