Neapolitan Ice Box Cake |
10 Blue Bunny® Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwiches
24 oz. frozen nondairy whipping cream
16 oz. chocolate ganache or chocolate syrup
4 oz. peanuts
In a 10x14" pan, place the ice cream sandwiches side by side at the bottom of the pan. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the ice cream sandwiches. Spread some chocolate ganache over the whipped cream and mix well into the whipped cream. Sprinkle the nuts evenly over the top of the cake.
