Strawberry Bellini Mocktail |
2 Blue Bunny® FrozFruit® No Sugar Added Strawberry bars
2 large fresh strawberries
4 small fresh strawberries
1 1/3 cup sparkling apple juice
Remove sticks from FrozFruit bars; break into chunks in a food processor or blender. Slice 2 large strawberries into food processor or blender; process until smooth and slushy. Divide mixture evenly in four glasses, topping each with a small strawberry. Slowly pour 1/3 cup sparkling apple juice down the inside edge of each glass. Serve immediately. |
