Coconut Prosciutto
Shrimp Skewers |
Thinly sliced prosciutto ham
13 ct. shrimp
2 Blue Bunny® Creamy Coconut FrozFruit® Bars
1 teaspoon peanut butter
2 crushed cloves
Jamaican jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Wrap thin slices of proscuitto ham around 13 ct shrimp. Skewer three shrimp. Lightly sprinkle shrimp with Jamaican jerk seasoning. Place oil and shrimp in sauté pan and cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.
Place two Creamy Coconut FrozFruit® bars in 1 ½ qt sauce pan on medium heat. Add peanut butter and crushed cloves when bars have melted. Remove sticks. Stir sauce repeatedly for 5 minutes.
Glaze the skewers with the coconut sauce. Save any extra sauce for dipping.
