Blue Bunny®
Caramel Apple Latté |
2 cups Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup prepared caramel apple dip (not fat free)
3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1. Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
2. Spoon 1/3 cup latté mix into large mug. Add 6 ounces boiling water, stir until dissolved.
If desired, mixture may be stored in the freezer (it remains spoonable when frozen).

| It really shouldn't be called a Latté - that's an espresso drink and this doesn't contain any kind of coffee. That said, it's a winning combination. Just rename it! LOL |

| My kids loved this recipe. I didn't have cloves or all spice so I substituted Apple Pie spice instead along with the cinnamon and a dollop of whipped cream on top. |
