French Vanilla
Ice Cream Shake |
2 4-oz. scoops of Blue Bunny® Premium French Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup milk
2 egg whites, pasteurized
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons chocolate ganache
In a blender add milk, egg whites, chocolate ganache, banana, ice cream, and blend for 4 minutes. Yields two eight-ounce shakes
