Sole |
2 oz. olive oil
1 Blue Bunny® Bomb Pop
1 filet of sole
1 cup raisins
1 cup grapes
2 oz. butter
Heat olive oil in sauté pan. Salt fish lightly and place in pan. Turn fish, lower flame. Remove Bomb Pop from stick and place in pan along with 1 oz. of butter. Remove from heat and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. After removing from oven, place fish back into stove. Add raisins and grapes, let cook and reduce. Remove from pan, garnish with micro greens and sauce from pan, and serve. |
