Cheesecake Dipped Strawberries |
4 cups melted Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
1 box (11.2 oz.) No Bake Homestyle Cheesecake dessert mix
1 container (7 oz.) microwavable dipping chocolate (optional)
3 lbs. fresh strawberries, washed and dried
Pour melted ice cream into mixing bowl. Add cheesecake filling mix; beat on low 30 seconds. Beat on high 3 minutes. Chill 30 minutes. Place graham cracker crumbs from mix in small bowl. If using, heat dipping chocolate according to package directions. Dip strawberries in cheesecake mixture, melted chocolate, if desired and graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately. Cover and chill remaining cheesecake mixture. If cheesecake mixture becomes to thick, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water, until desired consistency.
