Blue Bunny®
Crunchy Melted Turtle

INGREDIENTS:
1 Blue Bunny® Sweet Freedom® Krunch Lites Bars
1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 tsp. sugar substitute (equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar), optional
1 tbsp. sugar caramel ice cream topping
1 tsp chopped pecans
Fresh strawberries, banana slices, pretzel rods, angel food cake cubes, for dipping

PREPARATION:
Place ice cream bar in small microwave safe bowl, breaking ice cream into pieces and removing stick. Microwave on high for 20 seconds or until ice cream is melted and bubbly. Melt chocolate in microwave for 20 seconds. Add sugar substitute if desired and melted ice cream stirring until smooth. Spoon caramel topping into center of chocolate mixture; sprinkle with pecans. Serve warm with fruit, pretzels and angel food cake for dipping.
