Strawberry Harvest Parfait
INGREDIENTS:
4 Blue Bunny® Double Strawberry Aspen™ Frozen Yogurt Granola Bars
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple, juice packed
2 fat-free vanilla pudding cups
4 large strawberries, sliced
UTENSILS:
Parfait glasses
Knife
Bowls
Spoons
PREPARATION:
Slice each Aspen bar into six slices. Layer in each of four parfait glasses, 1 tablespoon pineapple, 1 tablespoon pudding, Aspen slices, 1/2 sliced strawberry. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
