Ingredients
- Blue Bunny® Premium All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
- Piece of soft sponge cake
Instructions
In a small pot add the ice cream and melt leaving some chunks. Place the melted ice cream onto the plate. Add the sponge cake on top. Place the meringue peaks on top of the cake. Cook the peaks with a pastry torch (be very careful). Garnish with raspberry coulis.
