Banana Cups

This classic southern pie becomes a quick and easy summertime dessert with the addition of Cadbury English Toffee ice cream bars.
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Equipment: mixing bowl
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared white chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup diced banana
  • 4 bars Blue Bunny Cadbury English Toffee ice cream bars
  • 2 tbsp crushed salted pretzels
  • Sweetened whipped cream, optional
  • Grated dark chocolate, optional

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine pudding and bananas, mixing just to coat bananas. Cut each ice cream bar into bite sized pieces. Place ice cream into each of 4 tea cups. Top each with 1/2 cup banana pudding and 1-1/2 teaspoons pretzels. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of grated chocolate, if desired. Serve immediately.
