Bordeaux Cherry Chocolate
Ice Cream Fondue

Fondue doesn't get any easier - or more delicious - than this! Blend it up and serve it over New York-style cheesecake. It's a gourmet dessert you can make in mere minutes.
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Blue Bunny® Premium Bordeaux Cherry Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 4 large strawberries sliced
  • 3 oz piece of cheesecake
  • 1 chocolate cookie sliced thin (optional)

Instructions

Take 6 ounces of ice cream and place in a blender. Add the orange juice and begin to blend until smooth. Remove the sauce and cover the bottom of the plate completely. Place a piece of your favorite cheesecake in the center of the plate. Take a cookie and slice into thin strips. Place the cookie strips and sprinkle them over the cheesecake. Take a pinch of Lime Light flavored sugar and sprinkle it around the plate for color and for flavor.

Hints

If you cannot find the Lime Light sugar, any one of your favorite flavored sugars will be fine.
