Brownie Baked Alaskan

Meet the New Year in taste and indulge with this lusciously simple dessert with Blue Bunny® Champ! Hot Fudge Sundae Brownie Cones.

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

4 Blue Bunny® Champ! Hot Fudge Sundae Brownie Cones

2 cups meringue

Cocoa powder

Instructions

Remove cones from package. Using a knife, slice thin layer off the top of the cone to make a flat surface. Place cones upside down on a frozen parchment lined sheet pan and place in freezer. Make meringue. Using an off-set spatula, apply meringue to each cone making sure to cover the whole cone. Transfer sheet pan back to freezer. When ready to serve, brown meringue with a mini-propane tourch. Sprinkle cocoa powder over cones and serve immediately.
