Bunny Tracks®
Ice Cream Dessert

If you love Bunny Tracks®, this is the dessert for you! This layered treat includes Bunny Tracks® ice cream on top of a graham cracker crust, topped with chocolate syrup, nuts, whipped topping and maraschino cherries. Yum!

Difficulty: Easy

Makes: 8 servings (8 squares)

Ingredients

1 quart Blue Bunny® Bunny Tracks® Ice Cream

1 box graham crackers

1 stick of margarine or butter, melted (1/2 cup)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

Chocolate Syrup

chopped nuts

Frozen whipped topping, thawed

Maraschino cherries, with or without stems

Candy sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

Crush graham crackers in a food processor or blender into fine crumbs. Pour crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Pour melted butter and sugar on top. Combine throughly then press onto bottom and up sides of the pan. Scoop the Bunny Tracks Ice Cream on top of the crust. Spead completely over the crust then spread the whipped topping completely over the ice cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped topping, sprinkle chopped nuts over the top, then garnish with the maraschino cherries. If desired, sprinkle candy sprinkles over the top. Cover with alumuminum foil then freeze for about an hour or more. When ready to serve, cut into squares.
