Bursting Kiwi
This fun treat can be enjoyed for breakfast, snack-time or dessert. Remember to eat the edible kiwi skin!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Double Strawberry Ice Cream
Instructions
Cut each kiwi in half lengthwise, hollow out fruit leaving a 1/4 inch shell. Fill each half with two 1 tablespoon scoops of ice cream. Serve immediately.
