Blue Bunny®
Caramel Apple Latté
Take the chill off with this soothing, spicy blend of Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream, caramel and apples.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup prepared caramel apple dip (not fat free)
- 3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. 2. Spoon 1/3 cup latté mix into large mug. Add 6 ounces boiling water, stir until dissolved.
Hints
If desired, mixture may be stored in the freezer (it remains spoonable when frozen).

It really shouldn't be called a Latté - that's an espresso drink and this doesn't contain any kind of coffee. That said, it's a winning combination. Just rename it! LOL

My kids loved this recipe. I didn't have cloves or all spice so I substituted Apple Pie spice instead along with the cinnamon and a dollop of whipped cream on top.
