Parfait

Elegant enough to serve company, but simple enough to serve every day - you'll love this delicious ice cream parfait featuring everybody's favorite: Blue Bunny® Premium Mint Chocolate Chip Premium Ice Cream.
Difficulty: Easy
Equipment: 4 parfait glasses, ice cream scoop
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Blue Bunny® Premium Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 8 OREO® Cookies, crushed

Instructions

Make pudding, following instructions on box. Once cooled, alternate layers of the pudding,ice cream and the crushed OREO® Cookies in a parfait glass. Serve immediately.
