Chocolate Raspberry
Cheesecake Parfait

This luscious cocktail of layered cheesecake, raspberry filling and Blue Bunny® Premium Chunky Chocolate Chip Ice Cream in a parfait glass is perfect!

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Chunky Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, softened

1 box no bake real cheesecake dessert mix

1 1/4 cup canned raspberry pie filling

6 (6 ounce) parfait glasses

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine ice cream and cheesecake filling powder (from the mix); stir until well mixed. Spoon 3 tablespoons mixture into each of 6 parfait glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (from cheesecake dessert mix), then 1 rounded tablespoon raspberry pie filling. Repeat layers ending with raspberries. Chill at least 1 hour.
