Crunchy 'Nana Sundae
Ice Cream Sundaes don't have to be made with scoops of ice cream. Use ice cream bars as a fun variation.

Ingredients
- 4 Blue Bunny® Naturally Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Bars
- 2 snack cups refrigerated caramel creme mousse (2.3 oz each)
- 1 small firm banana, sliced lengthwise into quarters, then cut into slices
- 10 mini pretzels, broken into small pieces (about 1/4 cup broken pieces)
- 4 tbsp. hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
Instructions
Set each ice cream bar on a dessert plate; allow to soften several minutes. Carefully remove sticks. Spoon and gently spread about 2 tablespoons mousse on top of each bar. Top each with 1/4 of the banana pieces, 1 tablespoon pretzel pieces and 1 tablespoon hot fudge. Serve immediately.
