Blue Bunny® Dirty Snowballs
Submitted by Diane Hicks
Winter or summer, you'll want to make these snowballs as often as you can! Just take Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla ice cream, mix with graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and butter, and roll to make a delicious treat that you can eat plain or decorate with tasty toppings.
Difficulty: Easy
6-8 balls
Ingredients
- 1.75 qt. Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 lb. graham crackers crushed 1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
Melt butter and peanut butter together. Stir in the cracker crumbs. After the mixture cools, roll balls of ice cream in the crumb mixture and freeze. These balls can be made ahead of time and kept in the freezer for up to 3 days. They are wonderful with mud (chocolate syrup) or clay (caramel sauce) on top. For birthdays, a candle can top one off. A sprig of greenery is pretty at holiday time with a candle.

I tried this recipe on my grandchildren and we all loved it very much . They told me that I had to make Dirty Snowballs everytime they come over. My oldest two grandchild are 9 years old and think that I spoil them just fine. We give that recipe a BIG YUM!!!!

This was a cool recipe. We substituted Nuttella for the peanut butter and used chocolate graham crackers. Very good!
