Here is a fun way to serve your 4th of July guests using Blue Bunny Neapolitan ice cream sandwiches.

Prep Time: 20 minutes - freeze time extra

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

• 4 Blue Bunny® Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwiches, solidly frozen

• 1 cup whipped topping

• 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa poweder

• 1 red licorice lace, cut into 4 (1/2-inch) pieces

• Red, white and blue cake and cookie sprinkles

Instructions

Gently mix together whipped topping and cocoa powder in a medium bowl; set aside. Working with one ice cream sandwich at a time, keeping remainder in the freezer, cut three 1-1/4-inch circles from each. Spread tops of two circles with a small amount of cocoa whipped topping; stack circles ending with unfrosted side on top. Spread sides and top with additional whipped topping mixture; sprinkle tops with colored sprinkles. Place a licorice "fuse" in center. Repeat with remaining ice cream sandwiches. Freeze several hours until solid.

Hints

Set freezer to coldest setting; freeze ice cream sandwiches overnight.
