It's a dessert you'd expect to see in a fine restaurant, but you can make it at home. Rich,Blue Bunny® French Vanilla Ice Cream is melted and studded with citrus fruit segments, then sprinkled with caramelized sugar. Don't be surprised if your guests want seconds.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blue Bunny® Premium French Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 lime segment
  • 1 orange segment
  • 1 grapefruit segment
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

Melt ice cream in a pan and pour onto plate. Place fruit segments over plate without overlapping. Sprinkle sugar over the fruit and ice cream, and use torch to brown the top.
