Creme Brulée

With a little pre-planning, it's easy to make restaurant-style creme brulée at home! Just combine Blue Bunny® Premium French Vanilla Ice Cream, egg yolks and sugar, bake, refrigerate overnight and top with caramelized sugar.
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Cook Time: 45 to 60 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Blue Bunny® Premium French Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 oz. sugar
  • Culinary torch

Instructions

In a blender combine all of the ingredients and whip until smooth. Pour into an ovenproof dish. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 315 degrees in a water bath. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, generously sprinkle additional sugar on top and caramelize it with a kitchen torch.
