Chef Joe shakes up the traditional vanilla shake! Layers and layers of unique ingredients are whirled with Blue Bunny® Premium French Vanilla Ice Cream for a one-of-a-kind flavor.

Makes: 2 - 8 oz. shakes

Ingredients

• 2 4-oz. scoops of Blue Bunny® Premium French Vanilla Ice Cream

• 1 cup milk

• 2 egg whites, pasteurized

• 1 banana, peeled and chopped

• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 2 tablespoons chocolate ganache

Instructions

In a blender add milk, egg whites, chocolate ganache, banana,ice cream, and blend for 4 minutes.

Hints

Always use pasteurized eggs. They can be purchased at any local grocery market.
