Frosty Peppermint Reindeer Cupcake

Make happy holiday memories with the children helping to decorate these adorable and easy reindeer ice cream cupcakes.
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Blue Bunny®
  • Perfectly Peppermint Premium Ice Cream
  • 4 (2 oz.) baked and frosted cupcakes
  • 4 sour cherry balls
  • Small candies for eyes and mouths
  • 4 large twist pretzels, broken in half to form antlers (allow extra for breakage)

Instructions

Remove paper wrapper from cupcakes if applicable. Cut cupcakes in half crosswise, set bottom aside. decorate tops of cupcakes with candies to form eyes, nose, mouths and pretzel antlers. Spread 1 tablespoon ice cream on each cupcake bottom. Place decorated cupcake on top ice cream. Serve immediately or freeze several hours before serving.
