Cut 4 caramels into 3/4-inch pieces; press a cinnamon candy onto 1 uncut side of each. Using a chopstick or clean, unsharpened pencil; press two indentations into 1 side of each of 4 caramels. Gently press 1 antler into each. Press a caramel "nose" against each reindeer "head," set aside. Removing once ice cream sandwich from freezer at a time, slice ice cream sandwiches in half lengthwise then across to form 3-inch lengths. Spread top of one 3-inch length with whipped topping; sandwich other 3-inch length on top. Cut short pieces of ice cream sandwich for 2 legs. Set reindeer body onto legs. Place caramel head onto body and insert candy cane tail into ice cream. Freeze until solid. Repeat with remaining ice cream sandwiches.
