Frozen Banana Split
Ice Cream Sandwich

A new twist on a classic favorite! These ice cream treats are made with Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla ice cream and sliced bananas sandwiched between two chocolate cookies and topped with warmed syrup. Yum!

Ingredients
- Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla ice cream (or flavor of choice)
- 12 large chocolate cookies (homemade or store bought)
- Warm syrup or topping of choice
Instructions
Soften Ice cream for about 10 minutes. Lay out cookies in pairs of matching size. Scoop about a large tablespoon of ice cream onto flat side of cookie. Put three or four slices of banana on ice cream. Add more ice cream to cover banana. Top (flat side down) with matching cookie. Wrap in plastic wrap. Do not worry if ice cream is melting a bit as wrap will force ice cream to behave and shape appropriately. Freeze for at least three hours or overnight. Serve on plate drizzled with warmed syrup or topping of choice.
