Frozen Ice Cream Tangerine Snacks
Tangy and sweet meet in this scrumptious dessert made with tangerines, orange marmalade and Blue Bunny® Sweet Freedom® Vanilla Ice Cream.
Difficulty: Easy
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 4 small tangerines, peeled
- 1 cup Blue Bunny® Sweet Freedom® No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 teaspoons low sugar orange marmalade
Instructions
Place four freezer safe dessert plates in the freezer 30 minutes before serving. For each serving, gently pry segments of a tangerine apart. Place on dessert plate in a "spoke" like circle. Place a ¼ cup scoop ofice cream in center of tangerine "spoke"; top with 1 teaspoon orange marmalade. Repeat with remaining tangerines and serve immediately.
