Fruit Compote with Ice Cream


Try this summery mixture of fresh fruits accented with delicious Blue Bunny® Birthday Party Ice Cream for a delightfully cool and refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. watermelon
  • 2 oz. apple, diced
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 4 oz. honeydew, sliced
  • 3 oz. grapes
  • 2 2-oz. scoops Blue Bunny® Premium Birthday Party Ice Cream

Instructions

Mix the fruit together and place into a serving bowl. Top with scoops of ice cream and serve.
