Blue Bunny®
General Chows Sundae
This sundae starts off with Blue Bunny® Premium Banana Split Ice Cream which is then topped withnuts mixedin a sweet fruit molasses sauce. There's a little heat with the nut mixture but it is easily tamed down by the delectable ice cream. This is definitely a fun and new recipe to share with friends!

Ingredients
- 4 #12 scoops Blue Bunny® Premium Banana Split Ice Cream
- Whip cream and cherries for garnish
- 1 tbsp. orange concentrate
- 4 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vegetable or canola oil
- 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
Instructions
For The Sauce: In a food processor puree the banana's with the orange concentrate and molasses. Heat a sauce pan over medium high heat and melt butter. Add puree and bring to a boil. Once boiling has begun, add the condensed milk. Cook on medium heat stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Then remove from stove. Allow to cool.
For The Nuts: Heat nuts in a dry skillet and cook; stirring frequently, until they begin to toast, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl. Toss nuts with oil. Add paprika, chili and cayenne pepper and toss to coat evenly.
Sundae Preparation: Scoop ice cream into 4 small bowls, scoop 1/4 cup of banana sauce over ice cream, sprinkle 1/4 cups on top, garnish with whip cream and cherry.
