Grasshopper Bites

These chocolate-dipped ice cream sandwich bites will help you be a great host with very little effort.

Difficulty: Easy

Makes: 16 Grasshopper Bites

Ingredients

4 Blue Bunny® Mint Grasshopper Ice Cream Sandwiches

1 cup Dark Chocolate (melted)

1/2 cup White Chocolate (melted)

Fresh mint sprigs, grated dark chocolate and whip cream for garnish

Instructions

Remove ice cream sandwiches from package and place on frozen parchment lined sheet pan and cut sandwiches diagonally into four triangles. Place back in freezer on sheet pan. Melt dark chocolate in microwave safe container making sure to stir chocolate as it's microwaving. Remove sheet pan from freezer. Using a skewer, dip the sandwich traingles in chocolate and place back on sheet pan. Repeat until all triangle sandwiches have been coated in chocolate. Place sheet pan back in freezer for one hour. Melt white chocolate in microwave safe container. Drizzle melted white chocolate over grasshopper bites. To serve, decorate a holiday platter with grasshopper bites. Finish off grasshopper bites with a fresh mint sprig, grated dark chocolate and whip cream for garnish.
