This velvety smooth chocolate sauce elevates hot fudge to a whole new level. Whip up this gourmet topping using Blue Bunny® Premium Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream, and serve it over any Blue Bunny® flavor or decadent dessert.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream

• 1/2 cup heavy cream

• 1 pound of bittersweet chocolate morsel

Instructions

In a heavy saucepan over low-medium heat, add the chocolate morsels, heavy cream, andHomemade Chocolate Ice Cream. Begin to simmer slowly stirring with a whisk to make sure the chocolate does not stick to the bottom and burn. Pour into a bowl and serve hot with your favorite cold dessert.
