Hanukkah Menorah

A fun addition to your Hanukkah celebration. Children will enjoy helping you make this holiday treat.

Prep Time: 30 minutes - freeze time extra

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

• 3-1/2 Blue Bunny® Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches

• 1 bottle (7.25 oz.) self hardening chocolate ice cream topping*

• 9 (3-in.) Pirouette cookies

• 9 small fresh strawberries

Instructions

Place a sheet of wax paper under a cooling rack. Place unwrapped ice cream sandwiches on rack. Coat with self-hardening ice cream topping; place in covered container and freeze at least 1 hour. Just before serving, remove stems from strawberries and cut a small hollow area from stem end in each. Insert a pirouette cookie in each, forming a candle and the flame. Remove coated ice cream sandwiches from freezer. Place on serving plate or foil lined baking sheet. Arrange 1 ice cream sandwich for foot of menorah. Place the 1/2 ice cream sandwich above center forming the center spindle, Place remaining 2 above and insert pirouette "candles." (Refer to picture for help.) Serve immediately.

Hints

*An additional bottle may be used if a thicker coating of chocolate is desired.
