Honey Bunny Delight

This recipe was chosen as the grand prize winner by judges Chef Joe and culinologist John Kennedy because they thought the different ingredients - honey, coconut, almonds and Blue BunnyVanilla Ice Cream - marry together nicely in this frosty drink.
Difficulty: Easy
Makes: 1 large smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and blend. Pour in chilled glass and serve.
