Ice Cream Cone Sauce

Chef Joe Ciminera comes up with a another twist on a recipe using a Blue Bunny® Champ!® Banana Split Ice Cream Cone.
Difficulty: Easy
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 Blue Bunny®Champ!®Banana Split Ice Cream Cone
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • baby bok choy

Instructions

In a 10" saute pan add the oil and garlic on medium flame and cook bok choy for 10 minutes until tender. In a separate pan add the ice cream cone in a pot until melted. Plate the boky choy then the sauce on top.
