Ice Cream Cone Vinaigrette

Chef Joe Ciminera makes a savory vinaigrette with a Blue Bunny® Champ!® Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae Cone.
Difficulty: Very Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 Blue Bunny ®Champ!® Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae Cone
  • 4 teaspoons pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 pinch Diakon flakes
  • 2 ounces soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienne
  • 1 bunch Bok Choy, washed and sliced thin

Instructions

In a bowl combine the pomegranate juice, oil, sunflower seeds, Diakon flakes, soy sauce, carrots and Bok Choy and mix. In a separate bowl add the ice cream cone and mash it up with a fork. Layer the cone over the salad and mix.
