Ice Cream Dominoes

Who says you can't play with your food? Classic dominoes and dessert come together with Blue Bunny® Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches and baking chocolate.

Difficulty: Easy

Prep Time: 15 minutes - freeze time extra

Cook Time: 1 minute

Makes: 5 servings

Ingredients

5 Blue Bunny® Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches, solidly frozen*

1 Tbsp. milk

2 (1 oz squares) white chocolate baking sqaures

1 cup whipped topping

1 black licorice twist or licorice lace

Chocolate chips

Instructions

Melt white chocolate with milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl on High 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. If neccessary, continue cooking 10 seconds at a time until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Fold whipped topping into cooled white chocolate; chill at least 30 minutes. Cut licorice twist in half lengthwise then into four 1-3/4-inch strips. Frost sides and top each ice cream sandwich with white chocolate mixture. Place a piece of licorice across center of each. Top with desired number of chocolate chip "dots." Serve immediately or freeze. *Note: Set freezer temperature to coldest setting; freeze ice cream sandwiches overnight.
