Ice Cream Petits Fours
This popular dessert can be delightfully simple! Indulge with marshmallow crème, Blue Bunny® Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches and pastry filling.

Ingredients
- 4 Blue Bunny® Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches, solidly frozen
- 2 oz. (1/4 cup) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp raspberry cake and pastry filling, from a 12 oz. can**
- 2 tbsp almond cake and pastry filling, from a 12.5 oz can**
Instructions
Combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme in mixing bowl; beat on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; chill 30 minutes. Spread 1 tablespoon raspberry filling on 1 ice cream sandwich. Spread 1 tablespoonalmond filling on a second ice cream sandwich; cut each in half crosswise and sandwich together with almond filling on top. Frost sides and top each with 1/4 cup marshmallow mixture; return to freezer. Repeat with remaining 2 ice cream sandwiches. Freeze at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish as desired.
Hints
Set freezer to coldest temperature and freeze ice cream sandwiches overnight.
Use remainder of cans of cake & pastry filling as ice cream toppings. Add orange juice or water to raspberry filling until desired consistency. Add milk or cream to almond filling until desired consistency.
