Sauce for Lamb

Here is creative twist for lamb kabob sauce from Chef Joe Ciminera using Blue Bunny® Premium Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
Difficulty: Easy
Equipment: 10" Skillet
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Makes: 2 kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Blue Bunny® Premium Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
  • 2 kabobs of lamb cubed and marinated

Instructions

In a 10" skillet, add the lamb kabobs with a touch of oil and sear on all sides on low heat for 35 minutes. When the lamb kabobs are cooked add the ice cream to the pan and reduce to a thick consistency. Pour over the lamb kabobs.
