Monster Cookie Eyeball Lollipops

Your little spooks and goblins will love making these scary eyeball lollipops for their Halloween party!

Difficulty: Easy

Equipment: #30 Ice Cream Scoop, sheet pan, piping bag, lollipop sticks

Prep Time: 45 to 50 minutes

Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients

8 oz Blue Bunny® Monster Cookie Creations™ Ice Cream (makes 8 - #30 scoops)

2 oz red frosting

M&M's

Instructions

Scoop 1- #30 (1 fl oz) of Blue Bunny Monster Cookie Creations™ Ice Cream onto a frozen sheet pan. Insert lollipop sticks. Place 1 M&M in the center for the "eye." Freeze until ice cream is frozen. Decorate each ice cream ball with frosting for the veins of the eyeball. Serve immediately.
