Neapolitan Ice Box Cake

A fun yet simple ice cream layer cake anyone can make in minutes. Blue Bunny® Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwiches are layered with whipped cream, chocolate ganache and peanuts.

Ingredients

• 10 Blue Bunny® Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwiches

• 24 oz. frozen nondairy whipping cream

• 16 oz. chocolate ganache or chocolate syrup

• 4 oz. peanuts

Instructions

In a 10x14" pan, place theice cream sandwiches side by side at the bottom of the pan. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the ice cream sandwiches. Spread some chocolate ganache over the whipped cream and mix well into the whipped cream. Sprinkle the nuts evenly over the top of the cake.

Try sprinkling a different assortment of candies and chocolate morsels on top!
