Neapolitan Valentine's
Ice Cream Cake

Win your honey's heart all over again with a decadent Valentine's Day ice cream cake.
Difficulty: Easy
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Bordeaux Cherry Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 heart shaped chocolate cake
  • 4 Tbsp chocolate sauce
  • Whip cream and chocolate curls for decorations

Instructions

Bake chocolate cake in heart shaped silicon mold or 9" x 13"pan. Remove cake from mold or pan and cool. Wash heart shaped mold and let dry. Deposit 1/2 cup of Bordeaux Cherry Chocolate ice cream into the heart shaped mold. Using an off-set spatula, spread ice cream around in the mold until ice cream covers all voided space and is even. Place in freezer for 10 minutes to let ice cream harden. Repeat with other two flavors of ice cream. Release ice cream from silicone mold and place on top of heart shaped cake. Or cut cake from 9" x 13" pan into a heart shape. Decorate ice cream heart cake with whip cream and chocolate curls. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
