No-Fry Fried Ice Cream

It's fried ice cream without the frying! Just coat Blue Bunny® Premium Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream in a mixture of cereal crumbs and sugar and garnish with caramel sauce and berries.

Ingredients

3 oz. crispy rice cereal

3 oz. corn flakes cereal

2 oz. sugar

2 - 2 oz. scoops Blue Bunny® Premium Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream

Caramel sauce

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the cereals and sugar with your hands, breaking up the cereal into small crumbs. Place the scoops of ice cream into the crumb mixture and coat thoroughly, squeezing the crumbs down into the surface of the ice cream firmly. Place on dessert plate, garnish with caramel sauce and berries, and serve.
