Peanut Butter Shake

Blue Bunny® Peanut Butter and Fudge Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches make this indulgent shake a great treat just for grown-ups!

Equipment: Blender, Measuring Cup or 2 oz shot glass

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Makes: 2 - 8 oz servings

Ingredients

• 4 Blue Bunny® Peanut Butter and Fudge Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches

• 2 oz Castries Peanut Rum Cream

• 2 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur

• 2 oz Milk

• 2 tbsp. chocolate curls for garnish

• Crushed peanut butter cups for garnish

• Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

Combine ice cream sandwiches, peanut rum cream and white chocolate liqueur and milk in blender. Blend for 10 - 20 seconds until shake is creamy and smooth. Pour into glass and garnish. Serve immediately.

Variations

Substitute chocolate syrup and peanut butter for the rum and white chooclate liqueur for a family friendly shake. For a Grasshopper shake, use
Blue Bunny®Mint Grasshopper Ice Cream Sandwiches with Creme De Menthe.

Hints

Cutting the sandwiches in fourth's will blend the shake quicker.
